SIZING & FIT
HOW DO I DETERMINE MY CORRECT SIZE?
Each PHINOX product page includes a technical sizing matrix in the "SPECIFICATIONS" tab. We provide chest span, length, and sleeve measurements in centimeters. For the architectural fit (intended to layer), we recommend selecting your usual size. If between sizes, choose the larger for layering or the smaller for a monolithic fit.
DOES THE ARCHITECTURAL FIT RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes — our garments are engineered to fit true to standard European sizing, with the architectural allowance of +2-3 cm at the chest and waist for layering. The "Monolithic" fit (e.g. on the Core Hoodie) is +1 size looser; the "Converge" fit (e.g. on the Field Jacket) is true to size.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes — within the 14-day architectural guarantee, you can exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability). Initiate the exchange via the returns page.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard Ground: 2-4 business days nationwide across all 27 Egyptian governorates. Same-Day Alexandria: dispatched within 6 hours for orders placed before 12:00 CLT, delivered same evening.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Visit your order archive, click "TRACK" on any dispatch, and view the 4-stage timeline (CONFIRMED → PROCESSING → SHIPPED → DELIVERED). For COD orders, the 4-digit dispatch PIN is sent via SMS before doorstep handover.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE EGYPT?
Currently no — PHINOX is engineered under direct Alexandria command and dispatched within Egypt only. International dispatch is planned for a future phase. Subscribe via contact to be notified when it becomes available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS THE 14-DAY ARCHITECTURAL GUARANTEE?
Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any item (in original condition, tags attached) for a full refund or exchange. This is the PHINOX architectural guarantee — free return & replacement protocols across all 27 Egyptian governorates. Read the full policy →
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Paymob card refunds: credited back to the original card within 5-10 business days. COD refunds: bank transfer to your verified account within 7 business days of return pickup confirmation. valU BNPL: the original installment plan is reversed.
CAN I RETURN A FINAL-SALE / DROPS ITEM?
Final-sale and limited-drop items (marked "LIMITED DROP" on the PDP) are non-returnable for refund — but can be exchanged for a different size within the 14-day window subject to availability.
ACCOUNT & PAYMENT
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Four rails per دستور §10: CARD (Visa/Mastercard/Meeza via Paymob), valU (BNPL — Buy Now Pay Later), COD (Cash on Delivery with doorstep PIN verification), and FAWRY (FawryPay reference-code payments at any Fawry outlet).
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes — all card payments are PCI-DSS verified and tokenized via Paymob under Central Bank of Egypt standards. We never store raw card numbers; only the last 4 digits and an opaque token are retained for re-charging convenience. 256-GCM SSL encryption is active on every checkout transaction.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?
Visit your profile archive to view your customer identifier. Address updates happen via the addresses page. For name, email, or phone changes, contact dispatch via the contact page until Phase 5 wires self-service editing.
