SPECIFICATION CONTRACT // EFFECTIVE 2024
The Terms of Service constitute the binding specification contract between PHINOX and the operative (you). By placing an order, you execute the contract.
By creating a PHINOX account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing this platform, you execute a binding contract with PHINOX under Egyptian jurisdiction. The contract is governed by Egyptian law, with currency in EGP (Egyptian Pound) and disputes adjudicated in Alexandria courts.
The PHINOX name, logo (graffiti typography), "Rule of Two" doctrine, and all product designs are protected under Egyptian intellectual property law. The business IDs (PHX-PROD-XXXXXX, PHX-ORD-XXXXXX, PHX-CUS-XXXXXX) and SKUs (PHX-{FAMILY}-XXX) are unique identifiers and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Four payment rails are supported per دستور §10:
PHINOX dispatches nationwide across all 27 Egyptian governorates. Two shipping tiers per دستور §10: STANDARD_GROUND (2-4 business days) and SAME_DAY_ALEXANDRIA (within 6 hours for orders before 12:00 CLT). GPS dispatch telemetry is available on the tracking page; the 4-digit handover PIN is sent via SMS to your registered phone.
The 14-day architectural guarantee applies to all standard products — see the returns page for the full policy. Final-sale and limited-drop items are non-refundable (size exchange only). Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, or modifications.
PHINOX liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For COD orders, the dispatch PIN verification at doorstep constitutes payment receipt — the operative is responsible for inspecting the package seal before PIN submission.
PHINOX reserves the right to amend these terms. Material amendments are communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
